Whether it’s a specific area of the face, or a specific treatment you require, you will receive a full holistic medical consultation and assessment prior to any treatment given to assess your individual concerns, clinical indications, medical, physical, psychological health and suitability.
No treatment is given without a prior consultation and assessment.
For anti-wrinkle treatments a prescription will be written by the qualified medical prescriber, who will be present for the consultation. This prescription will be written solely for your treatment only and can be used anytime in the following 3 months following your consultation.
If you are planning for a pregnancy, currently pregnant, breast feeding, planning for, or engaged in IVF treatment, you will not be suitable for any medical injectable treatments at Revitalise You Aesthetics.
In these circumstances you are advised to wait due to hormone fluctuations that affect the skin,
healing and ageing processes.

Deposit £50
Payable at the time of booking a consultation and redeemable against future treatment, if booked within 28 days.

CONSENT
Following your full consultation and discussion of the risks, benefits and your personalised treatment plan you will be required to sign a medical consent form which will be kept confidentially in your medical treatment records under the Data Protection Act (2018) the Government’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Medical photography will be taken before and after your treatment and this too will be kept in your
confidential medical records.

AFTERCARE & FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT
You will be given all the information you require for aftercare of your specific treatments including common side effects and when to seek emergency advice. A follow up appointment 2-4 weeks following your treatment, dependant on which treatment you have, will be included in the price of your treatment. This can be done face to face, or via video link if there are no concerns.
